The developer of Wildwood Ridge is requesting to increase the height of wooden privacy fences within Block 6 from four feet to six feet along the rear and side lot lines as shown on the attached drawing. All homes constructed within Block 6 will be facing east, making the back yards of the lots on the west side. The unusual lot configuration of Block 6 does not allow the typical placement of the six foot fence to be constructed on the rear lot line, but rather on the rear setback line.
