The Triangle Group, LLC, organized and existing under and by the laws of the State of Arkansas (Grantor), for and in
consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Lawcraft, LLC, (Grantee), the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee and unto Grantee's
successors and assigns forever lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Lots 3, 4 and the West 40 feet of Lot 5, Block 6, Roots and Coy's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
To have and to hold the said lands unto Grantee and unto Grantee's successors and assigns forever, with all
appurtenances thereunto belonging.
Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that Grantor will forever warrant and defend the title to the said lands against all
lawful claims whatever.
In testimony whereof, the name of Grantor is hereunto affixed by its Member, this 10th day of January, 2023.
