THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO SEC. 31-91 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES:

"Certificate of Preliminary Engineering Accuracy"; and the "Certificate of
Preliminary Plat Approval". Laha Engineers is surveyorand engineer,
Proposed replat contains both engineer and survey stamp.
