Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development — 1) We have added the minimum lot size to the preliminary plat.
2) There are not any existing covenants on the land.
3) We have added the drainage data for the watercourses entering and leaving the
plat boundary.
4) We have added the proposed easement around detention to the preliminary plat.
5) We have added the zoning classifications of the abutting properties.
6) We have added the 100-year storm drainage for the water courses entering and
leaving the plat boundary.
7) Will comply, the developer will use a format like the one provided by ordinance.
