Mr. Thrower,
Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development —1) We have added the linear feet of internal streets to the preliminary plat.
2) We have added the average size lots to the preliminary plat.
3) We have added the number of lots to the preliminary plat,
4) There are existing covenants on the land.
5) Central Arkansas Water will be the source of water supply.
6) Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority will provide wastewater disposal.
7) We have added the drainage data for the watercourses entering and leaving the
plat boundary.
8) Public storm drainage will be constructed in an easement.
9) We have added the zoning classifications of the abutted properties.
10) The grading and infrastructure would be constructed in one phase.
11) We have added the drainage data for the 100-year event of the watercourses
entering and leaving the plat boundary.
12) The developer paid the filing fee earlier this week.
13) Will comply, the developer will use a format like the one provided by ordinance.
