That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: 11 Z-9925: Described as the north 42-1/2 feet of the south 81-1/2 feet of Lots 4, 5 and 6, 12 Block 5, T. B. Martin's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas: 13 From R-3, Single-Family District, to R-4, Two-Family District (1105 South Valmar 14 Street). 15 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 16 Arkansas, and the Designated District Map be, and is hereby amended, to the extent and in the respects 17 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 18 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 19 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 20 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and 21 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 22 ordinance. 23 Section 4. Repealer.
