RE: Cover Letter for CUP
To whom this may concern,
Songbyrd Enterprise LLC is a company whose mission is to revitalize an under severed area by way of
new constructfon and infrastructure improvements in the Central Little Rock, Arkansas area. We are now
targetfng such areas of Little Rock, with a focus on delivering a portiolio of residentfal propertfes that will
capture the needs of a young professional citfzen. It is our hope and desire to create a community of
diverse and progressive tax paying citfzens.
The team at Songbyrd Enterprise LLC is once again asking for the City of Little Rock Planning Department
for a CUP. Located at 3123 S. State Street Little Rock, Ar. 72206, Pulaski county Arkansas (See attached
Survey).
