Please see the attached Application for Special Use Permit for the
above referenced property owned by Community Living, Inc.
This property is currently and is intended for continued use as a
State licensed, community -based residential home providing a single-
family environment for developmentally disabled persons.
A search of Pulaski County Public Records yielded no indication
that a Bill of Assurance for this subdivisions exists, therefore is not
attached to the application.
