Please remember you will need to get a list of property owners within a 200 foot radius of Each property from an abstract company and send the notices out certified with a post mark
no later than December 27.
Proof of the notification, copy of the certified abstract list and copies of the certified mail receipts FOR EACH PROJECT, Must be into our office no later than December 29th
