REQUEST FOR WATER SERVICE MUST BE MET.
CONTACT CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER REGARDING THE S1ZE AND LOCATION OF

INSTALLATION OF AN APPROVED REDUCED PRESSURE ZONE BACKFLOW
PREVENTER ASSEMBLY (RPZA) IS REQUIRED ON THE DOMESTIC WATER SERVICE.
THIS ASSEMBLY MUST BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO THE FIRST POINT OF USE. CENTRAL
ARKANSAS WATER REQUIRES THAT UPON INSTALLATION OF THE RP2A,
SUCCESSFUL TESTS OF THE ASSEMBLY MUST BE COMPLETED BY A CERTIFIED
ASSEMBLY TESTER LICENSED BY THE STATE OF ARKANSAS AND APPROVED BY
CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER. THE TEST RESULTS MUST BE SENT TO CENTRAL
ARKANSAS WATER'S CROSS CONNECTION SECTION WITHIN TEN DAYS OF
INSTALLATION AND ANNUALLY THEREAFTER. CONTACT THE CROSS CONNECTION
SECTION AT 501.377.1226 TO DISCUSS BACKFLOW PREVENTION REQUIREMENTS
FOR THIS PROJECT.
FIRE DEPARTMENT: PROPOSED BUILDING COMPLETELY SERVICED BY THE 3 EXISTING FIRE HYDRANTS
LOCATED IN EXISTING PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ON PUBLIC ROADS. NO FIRE
HYDRANTS OR APPARATUS ACCESS ROADS ARE PROPOSED WITHIN SITE OR
MODIFIED WITH PROPOSED WORK. ALL EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT APPARATUS
ACCESS ROADS TO REMAIN OPEN DURING CONSTRUCTION.
GENERAL NOTES:
1. DUMPSTER TO BE SCREENED PER TYPICAL ORDINANCE STANDARD. REFER TO DETAIL 1/2 FOR
DUMPSTER SCREENING DETAIL.
2. AC UNITS TO BE LOCATED ON ROOF.
3. REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY CURB AND GUTTER OR SIDEWALK IS DAMAGED IN THE PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY.
4. HOURS OF DUMPSTER SERVICE WILL BE LIMITED TO DAYLIGHT HOURS: 7 AM TO 6 PM MONDAY
THROUGH FRIDAY.
S. DAMAGE TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY DUE TO HAULING OPERATIONS OR OPERATION OF
CONSTRUCTION RELATED EQUIPMENT FROM A NEARBY CONSTRUCTION SITE SHALL BE REPAIRED
BY THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
S. NO FENCING, SCREENS OR WALLS ARE PROPOSED WITH THIS WORK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF

1. SITE PLAN MUST COMPLY WITH THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE AND BUFFER ORDINANCE
REQUIREMENTS.
2. SCREENING REQUIREMENTS WILL NEED TO BE MET FOR THE VEHICULAR USE AREAS
ADJACENT TO STREET RIGHT-OF-WAYS. PROVIDE SCREENING SHRUBS WITH AN
AVERAGE LINEAR SPACING OF NOT LESS AT THREE (3) FEET WITHIN THE REQUIRED
LANDSCAPE AREA PROVIDE TREES WITH AN AVERAGE LINEAR SPACING OF NOT
