THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL PRECAUTIONS NECESSARY TO AVOID PROPERTY DAMAGE TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASES OF THIS PROJECT. FOR ROUGH GRADING, CONTRACTOR SHALL ALLOW FOR DEPTHS OF TOPSOIL AND CONCRETE STRUCTURES. FOR FINISH GRADING, CON ACTOR SHALL INSTALL TOPSOIL AND CONCRETE STRUCTURES TO NISHED GRADE AS INDICATED ON THIS SHEET. 9. GRADE TO DRAIN AWAY FROM BUILDING AT MINIMUM 1% SLOPE. 10. THE GRADING CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL STRAW BALES OR SILT FENCE AROUND ALL DRAINAGE BOXES DURING CONSTRUCTION TO CONTROL EROSION AND S!_TATION OF THE SITE. 11.
