Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Need Space Mini-Storage – PD-C (Z-5099-I) Approximately 433 feet North of Hwy. 10 West of the Divide Parkway Development Staff Comments: 1. Submit application fee of $280.00 Copy of check attached. It is in mail. 2. Provide building height Building 1 max height is 18’-2” and remaining height is 16’-2”. Covered parking building height is 16’. Remaining buildings range from 9’ to 10’. 3. Will the property be gated? If so, provide details. No the property will not be fully gated, however there will be an entry gate at the entrance past Building 1. 4. Will the property have an on-site manager? If so, what hours will they be at the site? Yes the facility office will be staffed from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. and will only be accessible from 6 A.M. to 9 P.M. This is not a 24-hour access facility. 5. Provide the hours of operation. 6 A.M. to 9 P.M. 6. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-553. Yes there will be a ground monument sign and building signage. It will comply with Section 36-553. 7. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Lighting will be directed away from adjacent properties. I have attached a sample Lighting Plan for a similar facility that is under construction. 8. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. No there will not be a dumpster on site.
