Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide current survey of property.
2. Is the temporary fireworks use proposed for only one year?
3. Provide proposed treatment of parking area.
4. Will there be any signage? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-553
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
