HomeMy WebLinkAbout19595ORDINANCE NO. 19,595 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LOT WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE FOR THE ARKANSAS REALTORS ASSOCIATION PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 1530), LOCATED ON EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE, WEST OF CENTERVIEW DRIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Arkansas Realtors Association Preliminary Plat (5- 1530), located on Executive Center Drive, West of Centerview Drive as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31 -231 for the Arkansas Realtors Association Preliminary Plat (S- 1530), located on Executive Center Drive, West of Centerview Drive, to allow the development of a lot without public street frontage for Arkansas Realtors Association Preliminary Plat Lot 2. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
