Attached are the survey, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owners of this project would like to rezone the property from 0-3 to C-3. This property contains
approximately 12.08 acres and is located on the south side of Kanis Road.
The existing landowner is Western Properties, LLC and the Source of Titles are Instrument Numbers:
1996-009425, 1996-014589, 1996-050155 & 1996-050156. There are not any applicable existing
covenants and restrictions on the land. The proposed source of water is from Central Arkansas Water
with the wastewater disposal being collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please d❑ not hesitate to
