Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide the number of employees at any given time.
2. Will a dumpster be located on the site? If so, screening must comply with Section
36-523 of the City’s zoning ordinance.
3. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
4. There is no platted alley within this block. Therefore, there is no ROW to be
abandoned. The paved alleyway appears to be on private property.
5. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs
permitted in institutional and office zones).
