3. Provide the number of employees at any given time.
4- Provide a parking plan.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties_
6. Will there be a sign? if so, all signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs
permitted in commercial zones).
7. Will a dumpster be located on the site? if so, screening must comply with Section
36-523.
1. Property will be a vehicle repair shop
2. Hours are 8-6pm Monday - Saturday
3. There will be anywhere from 2-6 employees at any given time
