Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday, December 15, 2023. Please
submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All
documents should be submitted to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide details/description of the property use.
2. Provide operating hours.
3. Provide the number of employees at any given time.
4. Provide a parking plan.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs
permitted in commercial zones).
7. Will a dumpster be located on the site? If so, screening must comply with Section
36-523.
