I, Dustin Goff, am applying for the business license to incorporate my condominium
at 1601 N.Bryant st #5 Little Rock, AR 72207, (legal description Lot A5 Windsor
Gardens Condominiums) into a short term rental/ Airbnb rental property. I am the
legal owner of said property.
I have successfully operated and rented this property through the Airbnb website
now for two years, since October 2021. I have hosted approximately 240 stays
(independent booking reservations) with an occupancy rate of 90%.
Thank you in advance for considering my place for a continued Airbnb STR
property.
