THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, on or about the a day of December, 2005, a Master Deed Windsor
Gardens Condominiums was executed by GK Properties, LLC, an Arkansas Limited
Liability Company and recorded in the Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, at
Instrument No. 2005102341; and
WHEREAS, various mortgage documents have been executed and recorded in the
records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, evidencing liens on the subject property prior to
and subsequent to the above -referenced Deed; and
WHEREAS, a clerical omission has been determined to exist and is in need of
correction;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Declarant states as follows:
1. That in order to conform and comply with Ark. Code Ann. §18-13-103
through §18-13-105, Exhibits "A'-2 and "A"-3, and Exhibits `B"-6, "B"-7, `B"-8, "B%
9, attached, shall become a part of the Master Deed Windsor Gardens Condominiums,
recorded at Instrument No. 2005102341.
2. That specifically, the Amendment and Ratification of the Master Deed by
addition of the exhibits noted above is not intended to and does not modify, change, or
alter the collateral or the prior recorded liens and encumbrances against the subject
property. The Exhibits as filed add specifically the engineering certification to conform
to the requirements of Ark. Code Ann. § 18-13- 1 05(a)(3).
3. That the Declarant ratifies all prior documents as executed and recorded for
purposes of this Amendment and Ratification to correct a clerical omission.

consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
