That in order to conform and comply with Ark. Code Ann. §18-13-103 through §18-13-105, Exhibits "A'-2 and "A"-3, and Exhibits `B"-6, "B"-7, `B"-8, "B% 9, attached, shall become a part of the Master Deed Windsor Gardens Condominiums, recorded at Instrument No. 2005102341. 2. That specifically, the Amendment and Ratification of the Master Deed by addition of the exhibits noted above is not intended to and does not modify, change, or alter the collateral or the prior recorded liens and encumbrances against the subject property. The Exhibits as filed add specifically the engineering certification to conform to the requirements of Ark. Code Ann. § 18-13- 1 05(a)(3). 3. That the Declarant ratifies all prior documents as executed and recorded for purposes of this Amendment and Ratification to correct a clerical omission.
