The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The purpose of this plat is to make one lot out of two. All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall be constructed no nearer the street that the building line shown on the plat and shall conform to the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
