My name is Laura Cabrera. I am applying for a STR-2 permit for the short term rental I own at 413 E 151h
St. Unit C in Little Rock, 72202. This is one of four units in this building. All 4 units have been operating
as a short term rental since November 2020. The entire building was renovated with permits in early 2020
with all new plumbing, electric, HVAC, roof and a monitored fire suppression system. Each unit has its
own entrance with a digital lock.
This unit is a one bedroom, one -bathroom apartment on the second floor. It has one space of on -street
parking located in front of the building. There are exterior security cameras monitoring the entrances and
exits as well as parking areas. I live in Little Rock and I manage this short term rental.
I have attached a survey completed by Brooks Surveying, Inc. on October 111, 2023 which shows the
property lines as well as the structures on the property.
This property is not located in a subdivision with a bill of assurance.
