The owners of this project would like to rezone the property from PCD & C-3 to C-4. This property contains approximately 2.200 acres and is located on the west side of South University Avenue. The existing landowners are U-Trade, LLC & Ayyeh Saleh, and the Source of Titles are Instrument Numbers: 2020-073991, 2021-065156, 2021-065787 and 2022-075849. There are not any applicable existing covenants and restrictions on the land. The proposed source of water is from Central Arkansas Water with the wastewater disposal being collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
