RE: Talbott WCF – Tower Use Permit (Z-9937

Development Staff Comments:
1. Tower site must be landscaped ad screened according to Section 36-593(c) of the City Zoning Code.
2. Site must meet all other development standards of 36-593
3. FAA approval MUST be submitted to staff prior to Planning Commission Meeting
4. An opaque 8 foot tall fence MUST be constructed around the tower site.
