Good afternoon, everyone,
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit and the draft agenda for the March 14, 2024, Planning Commission meeting.
Please use the agenda to verify your zoning file – (Z) number or (S) number [for plats only].
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, February 28, 2024
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, March 1, 2024:
Proof of notification. (Completed attached Notice of Public Hearing Form).
Copy of the certified abstract List. (Name and address of all property owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of the property must be from an abstract company).
Certified mail receipts (The small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided by
the title search).
Finally, as a reminder, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible
from the street.
