Dear Department of Planning and Development,
The purpose of this letter is the application for a conditional use permit for the Accessory
Dwelling Unit (480sf) located at 2409 South Taylor, Little Rock, AR 72204. We purchased
the property in 2022 and the ADU was already renovated and/or either built originally or
converted to an ADU at some point. Our assumption was that since the ADU was already
listed on the AR County Data website as "Occupancy Type: Single Family' that the
conditional permit was already issued and in good standing. Nonetheless, we discovered
(upon the electrical inspection from Entergy) that we needed to obtain this new conditional
use permit. Thank you in advance for your time.
