Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday, December 15, 2023. Please
submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All
documents should be submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Velazquez Food Truck – PD-C (Z-9900)
Lots 14 & 15 Camelia Circle
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a cover letter describing the proposed use.
2. Provide a bill of assurance.
3. Provide operating hours.
4. Provide the number of employees at any given time.
5. Will the parking area be paved?
6. Are there any future plans for the southern portion?
7. How will trash be collected?
8. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-555 (signs
permitted in commercial zones).
9. Will this be the only food truck at this site?
10. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
