3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH REDSTONE CONSTRUCTION GROUP,
5 INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED NINETEEN
6 THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR AND 17/100 DOLLARS
7 ($219,934.17), FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE FLEET SERVICES
8 VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, the Fleet Services Vehicle Storage Facility has demonstrated a need to make major
11 improvements to both the Auction and Storage Lots;and,
12 WHEREAS, vendor selection was made through the TIPS & TAPS Contract No. 211001; and,
13 WHEREAS, the total contract amount shall not exceed Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand, Nine
14 Hundred Thirty-Four and 17/100 Dollars($219,934.17).
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into an agreement with
18 Redstone Construction Group, Inc., in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand, Nine
19 Hundred Thirty-Four and 17/100 Dollars ($219,934.17), for improvements at the Fleet Services Vehicle
20 Storage Facility.
21 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are allocated in the Fleet Services Vehicle Storage Facility Accounts
22 No. 601001-72704 and 601001-61040.
23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution, which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
27 resolution.
28 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
29 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
