Rezoning Application
Mr. Moore,
Attached are the survey, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owners of this project would like to rezone the property from R-2 toy; fhis property contains
approximately 1.04 acres and is located at the southeast corner of Maywood Drive and Cantrell Road.
The existing landowners are Mary & Eddie Neal and the Source of Title is Instrument Number: 1983-
066285. There are not any applicable existing covenants and restrictions on the land. The proposed
source of water is from Central Arkansas Water with the wastewater disposal will be septic system
until public sewer mains are extended to the project site.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please do not hesitate to
