Scott Street Little Rock, AR Dear Mr. Moore: Please accept this letter to serve as our application for the above reference submittal. We wish to be placed on the February 8th, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting Agenda. The Scott is a proposed 24 residential townhome development at on the south side of Cumberland Street between Cumberland Street and Scott Street. The property is dual zoned as Capitol Zoning and Central City Design Overlay. In keeping with the Capitol Zoning intent, we are proposing to construct the townhomes against the right-of-way of Cumberland Street. Vehicular access and parking is located in the rear of the development. We propose to develop the project in phases with the west half being the first phase. Both dives will be constructed in phase 1. We have applied for and received a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Capitol Zoning District Commission. Included with this letter are the following documents: 1. PZD Information Sheet 2. PZD Application Form 3. Street Right -of -Way Agreement 4. Owner's Affidavit 5. Site Plan 6.
