Development Staff Comments:
1. Dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s
Zoning Ordinance.
2. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
3. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-552 (signs permitted in residential zones).
4. Provide building height.
5. Will the units be sold or rented?
