My hope is it further explains what we are trying to do and gives you comfort in knowing our plans for the property. The city now requires a permit for short term rentals. If we are not approved the property will just be a long term rental. Unfortunately in that situation we don't have as much control over how they keep the yard and what they do. With short term rental we maintain the yard and keep the property looking nice and we can quickly remove someone who is not conducting theirself in a way we deem appropriate.
