We own the property at 230 Vernon Little Rock AR. We have done significant renovations and
were renting the property in a short term manner when the city passed new regulations allowing
500 Short term units.
We are applying to obtain one of the 500 permits to be able to continue renting it as we have
been.
This property is a small two bedroom and 1 bath property. We know that out of town visitors use
it, as well as patients seeking care at UAMS.
