General Notes:
1) The contractor is responsible for locating any existing utilities not shown on this drawing
2) Contractor shall mark all existing utilities prior to beginning construction.
3) Contractor shall bear all responsibility and cost of repair or replacement of existing utilities damaged or
interrupted as a result of this construction project.
4) Contractor shall notify the project engineer and the owner of any damaged or interrupted utilities
immediately.
5) Contractor shall notify project engineer prior to beginning work.
6) The bidder shall investigate the site such that the bid will be representative of all aspects of the work. No
change orders will be issued or additional payment made for rock excavation or other subsurface features
encountered.

Grading Notes:
1) See preliminary plat for benchmark information.
2) Minimum distance between filter pods is 3.0'.
3) All access lids should be min. 6" above the surface.
4) Contractor shall ensure that no ponding will occur over any system components, especially access lids.
Fencing Notes:
1) Six foot (6) high wooden privacy fencing to be installed around the perimiter of the treatment area as shown.
2) Supply two lockable gates per plan - 1 vehicle gate (12' min) & 1 man gate (5' min).
Erosion Control Notes:
1) Erosion control is in accordance with development's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and Permit.
2) Disturbed areas to be hydroseeded upon project completion.
