Full potential is located on the Southwest corner of the south 1-30 Frontage Road and National Drive in the city limits of Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr Bozynski, We request a variance from the parking requirements that require 75% of a buildings parking to be located on site. This project has a need for 83 parking spaces and we are able to provide 48 spaces on site- 57%. The company that owns and operates the building, Full Potential, also owns another off -site tract of land that currently has a parking lot that provides 61 parking spaces. This off -site parking is located 100 feet from the corner of the on -site parking. We respectfully request a variance be granted to allow the off -site parking for Full Potential and allow their much needed addition to proceed with satisfying the other construction requirements of the City.
