Present Use of Property: Single family residential Proposed Use of Property: Single family residential STAFF REPORT Staff Update: Staff has worked with the applicant and determined that a reduced front setback for the porch addition can be approved at staff level. This is based on the fact that at least 40 percent (45 percent) of the existing houses within this block face have front setbacks of less than 25 feet. The average of these front setbacks were used to determine the front setback for the applicant's porch. Therefore, the applicant is requesting that the application be withdrawn. Staff supports the withdrawal request. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (September 30, 2013) Staff informed the Board that Staff has worked with the applicant and determined that a reduced front setback for the porch addition can be approved at staff level.
