Instrument # 96-17903. The property description in said instrument # 96-17903
was written to go around the manufactured home. as shown on a survey by
McGetrick Engineering under the supervision of Robert C. Lowe, Professional
Surveyor A 12.

particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Southeast comer of said SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 13, thence
North 265.5 feet to a point in pavement of Upper Hot Springs Highway; thence
North 35 degrees 40 minutes East 26.75 feet to the point of beginning; thence
