Part of the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 13. Twp. 1 N., Rng. 14 W., and part of
Lots 14 and 15 POMONA ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas more
particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of said SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 13, thence
North 265.5 feet to a point in pavement of Upper Hot Springs Highway; thence
North 35 degrees 40 minutes East 26.75 feet to the point of beginning; thence
North 68 degrees 19 minutes West 87.75 feet; thence North 27 degrees 32
minutes West 190.25 feet; thence North 63 degrees 08 minutes East 88 feet;
thence South 14 degrees 27 minutes West 123.55 feet to the point of
beginning containing 0.06 acres, more or less.
