Cr ,Ac- ANTENNA SITE LEASE AGREEMENT This Agreement made as of this 1st day of August, 1996, by and between Sprint Spectrum, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership with its principal office located at 1515 Bowman Road, Little Rock, AR (the "Lessee"), and Comcast Cablevision of Arkansas, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 801 Scott Street, Little Rock, AR (the "Lessor"). WHEREAS, Lessor owns the real estate, and a tower located at the approximate coordinates of Latitude 34°40'54.3" Longitude 92*20' 55.2", with an approximate overall height gbrclund 154 bove6ealevel of feet, (the "Tower"), at 7621 Enmar Drive, Little Rock, AR (the real estate and the Tower hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Property"; and WHEREAS, Lessee desires, and Lessor agrees, to rent a portion of the Property and to install up to six (6) panel antennae and one (1) GPS antenna (the "Facilities") on the Tower; and .
