ANTENNA SITE LEASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement made as of this 1st day of August, 1996, by and between Sprint
Spectrum, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership with its principal office located at 1515 Bowman
Road, Little Rock, AR (the "Lessee"), and Comcast Cablevision of Arkansas, Inc., a Delaware
corporation with offices at 801 Scott Street, Little Rock, AR (the "Lessor").
WHEREAS, Lessor owns the real estate, and a tower located at the approximate
coordinates of Latitude 34°40'54.3" Longitude 92*20' 55.2", with an approximate overall height

bove6ealevel of feet, (the "Tower"), at 7621 Enmar Drive, Little Rock, AR (the real estate
and the Tower hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Property"; and
WHEREAS, Lessee desires, and Lessor agrees, to rent a portion of the Property and to
install up to six (6) panel antennae and one (1) GPS antenna (the "Facilities") on the Tower; and .
WHEREAS, it is for the mutual benefit of both parties to enter into this Lease
Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it agreed by the parties as follows:
1. This Agreement shall continence on August 1, 1996. Subject only to the rights of
either party set forth herein, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for an initial
period of five (5) years. Thereafter, subject to Section 2 Lessee shall have the right to renew this
Agreement for four additional terms of five years (each a "Renewal Term") by providing written
notice of its election at least ten (10) months before the commencement of any Renewal Term.
Any termination of this Agreement during the Initial Term shall terminate all further rights of
renewal hereunder. Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph 2 with regard to rent, each

31. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
