3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 2, 2024, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A PLANNED ZONING
6 DEVELOPMENT TITLED JENSEN 2 STR-2 PD-C, LOCATED AT 1219
7 MARLYN DRIVE (Z-9908), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a Notice of Appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning
11 Commission's recommendation of denial for a Planned Zoning Development titled,Jensen 2 STR-2 PD-C,
12 located at 1219 Marlyn Drive (Z-9908), in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
13 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held at
16 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Centre at University Park, 6401 West
17 12'' Street, Little Rock, Arkansas at six o'clock on April 2, 2024.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
21 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution, which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 resolution.
26 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
27 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
