That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: 11 Z-9932: DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE NW1/4 SW1/4 OF SECTION 14, T-2-N, R- 12 14-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY 13 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 14 THE SAID NW1/4 SW1/4 OF SECTION 14; THENCE S88°26'52"E,A DISTANCE OF 15 659.75 FEET; THENCE N01°57'10"E,A DISTANCE OF 820.61 FEET TO THE POINT 16 OF BEGINNING; THENCE N88°16'18"W, A DISTANCE OF 159.35 FEET; THENCE 17 NO2°35'05"E, A DISTANCE OF 292.88 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY 18 RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY NO. 10; THENCE 19 S84°49'51"E ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE,A DISTANCE OF 20 156.37 FEET;THENCE S01°57'10"W,A DISTANCE OF 283.47 FEET TO THE POINT 21 OF BEGINNING. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 28 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and 30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 31 ordinance. 32 Section 4. Repealer.
