strip of land immediately West of and abutting on Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 23, LINCOLN PARK ADDITION to the City of
Little Rock, said strip being formerly platted as part of Grant Sheet which was closed by the City Ordinance No. 11289,
dated on June 18, 1962 and filed on June 22, 1962, recorded in Book 801, Page 88.
TRACT 2
Lots 6, 7, 6, 9 and 10, except the West 20 feet thereof, Block 24, LINCOLN PARK ADDITION to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and that portion of Grant Street East of and abutting on said property as closed by Ordinance
No. 11289, dated on June 18, 1962 and filed on June 22, 1962, recorded in Deed Bock 801, Page 88 and being a strip
