clinched iron pipe representing the location of the SW Corner of said Lot 23;
thence N 01 °58'32" E along the West line of aforementioned Lots, 292.37' to
the intersection of said West line with a chain link fence; thence leaving said
West line S 89*53'11" E along said chain link fence 141.70'to a chain link
fence post representing the location of the NE Comer of said Lot 18: thence

18-23, 299.88' to a %" iron pin representing the location of the SE Corner of
