Means, III Of Counsel: Kenneth E. Galchus Description of materials to be used; The existing foundation will remain unchanged. The current round wooden columns will be replaced with beveled 6" x 6" posts set on a 1' x 1' plywood box pedestal with applied panel with a trim mounding on the pedestal cap. A 2" x 4" handrail will surround the porch and run between the support columns. It will be braced by 2" x 2" wooden supports. Plywood panels with decorative cutouts will fill the spaces between the columns and the supports. The existing brackets will be left at the top of the support column and the 1' built up beam supporting the roof will be repaired and replaced where nesscessary. A wooden handicapped ramp will be added to the north side of the porch to ease access by disabled clients. No other changes to the existing appearance are planned.
