James Metzger comment on the proposed rehabilitation of the house at 609 Rock Street in the
MacArthur Park Historic District. Because of the holidays, the QQA's Historic
BOARD OF DIRECTORS Resources & Public Policy Committee has not been able to meet, but I think I can
safely give the QQA's endorsement for this project, which clearly will have a
