Markham Street Little Rock, AR 72201-1334 RE: Proposed Demolition of Property Located at 609 Rock Street Dear Ms. Satterfield: We are in receipt of the Notice of Public Hearing to be held on May 11, 1995, regarding the proposed demolition of the house located at 609 Rock Street, Little Rock, AR. Please be advised that we are in complete support of such an action. Our property is next door to this house. The structure has not been occupied for several years, and in our experience has been, and is still, an attraction for transients who use it as a shelter. A few months ago the building was partially destroyed by fire, and it has been boarded up since then. It does not appear to be repairable, and only serves to reduce the desirability of the neighborhood as a whole. We would be happy to talk with you about this further if you wish. Our number is 374-2600. Sincerely, Randy D.
