GENERAL SITE PLAN NOTES:
1. CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS MUST BE CLEARED FROM ALL
STORMWATER STRUCTURES AND VERIFIED BY A SITE INSPECTION FROM
THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
2 A SOILS REPORT MUST BE DONE AND SIGNED BY A
