Re: HDC2018-014 COA Amendment
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hinson,
This letter is to inform you that your request for the amendment of HC2018-014 has
been administratively reviewed and approved by the Historic District Commission. On
November 5, 2018, a Certificate of Appropriateness was issued for new residential
construction, a new accessory structure, and site improvements including a rear yard
pool. The installation of a rear yard pool is to be completed as amended and as
approved by the Board of Adjustments, Z-9916, on January 18, 2024. The pool will be
located in the rear yard and screened with a six-foot-tall fence.
