Re: GATE INSTALLATION
To whom it may concern:
It has come to our attention from area residents that you, or an occupant of your
property, have installed a new gate on your property. Installation of a gate
requires approval by the Little Rock Historic District Commission.
Please contact the Little Rock Historic District Commission Staff regarding this
application. A Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) will need to be filed. The
filing deadline for the May 5, 2005 meeting has passed, but we could add it to the
Agenda since a legal has not been published yet.
Remember, the Commission will here your case and see if the replacement fence
is appropriate for the area. Staff has noticed that you still have the original gate
on your property. Staff recommends you keep the original gate until the COA
process is complete
