3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9910: DESCRIBED AS PART OF LOTS 4 THRU 8, EDWARDS SUBDIVISION
12 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING MORE
13 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST
14 CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE N 87°18'01" W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF
15 SAID LOTS 4 THRU 8, A DISTANCE OF 663.80 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST
16 CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE N 02°39'38" E ALONG THE WEST LINE OF
17 SAID LOT 8,A DISTANCE OF 560.00 FEET; THENCE S 87°18'01" E,A DISTANCE
18 OF 266.07 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 7;THENCE N 02°
19 43'01" E ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 385.60 FEET
20 TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF KANIS ROAD;THENCE S 87°18'01" E
21 ALONG SAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE,A DISTANCE OF 399.68 FEET TO A
22 POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 4;THENCE S 02°48'06"W ALONG THE
23 EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 4; A DISTANCE OF 960.60 FEET TO THE POINT OF
24 BEGINNING, CONTAINING 12.08 ACRES, MORE OR LESS: FROM 0-3,
25 GENERAL OFFICE DISTRICT, TO C-3, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
26 (11801 KANIS ROAD).
27 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
28 Arkansas, and the Designated District Map be, and is hereby amended, to the extent and in the respects
29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
31 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and
33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
34 ordinance.

1 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
